- Prior to appointment please complete and submit:
- skincare consultation form, also list any products you are needing to replenish. (This will assist with setting up for your appointment)
- A door code will be sent to you prior to our appointment, punch in code turn knob clockwise then pull door open.
- Please help yourself to a glass of water and have a seat in the waiting area. Restroom is located down the hall last door on the left.
